This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.awarelife.co.il (“the Website”), including digital products, physical products, and coaching services. The policy is written in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

 

Warranty: There is no warranty or commitment regarding the content of the book, its suitability for any particular purpose, or personal satisfaction with the content. The books are sold “as is” (AS IS).

1. Digital Products (Ebooks and Downloadable Content)

1.1 Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via download link or email.
1.2 According to Israeli law, once digital content has been delivered, the transaction cannot be canceled.
1.3 All sales of digital ebooks and downloadable materials are final and non‑refundable.
1.4 If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, you may contact us for assistance.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books)

2.1 Physical books may be eligible for cancellation or return in accordance with Israeli law.
2.2 You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The product is unused

• The product is in its original condition

• The product is returned in its original packaging

2.3 Refunds for returned products will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
2.4 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
2.5 If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Coaching Services

3.1 Coaching sessions are provided by appointment.
3.2 You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.
3.4 Packages or multi‑session programs may have additional terms, provided at the time of purchase.
3.5 Refunds for coaching services already delivered are not available.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be refused in cases where:

• The request does not comply with legal requirements

• The product has been used or damaged

• Digital content has already been accessed or downloaded

• Coaching services have already been provided

7. Cancellation of a Digital Ebook Purchase

The purchased works constitute “information” as defined in the Computers Law, 1995. According to Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the purchaser does not have the right to cancel a transaction involving such “information.”
Once the digital file is delivered, it cannot be returned in a way that ensures it is no longer in the customer’s possession.
If the delivered file contains a technical defect that prevents its use, a replacement file will be sent to the customer.

8. Cancellation Due to a Physical Defect in a Received Book

Cancellation must be made in writing to info@awarelife.co.il.

AwareLife will offer the customer a replacement copy of the same title or refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

No cancellation fees will be charged, subject to the return of the product in accordance with the law.

9. Cancellation Not Due to a Physical Defect in the Received Book

Cancellation must be made in writing to info@awarelife.co.il.
AwareLife will refund the customer the amount paid or cancel the charge within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to the return of the book.

AwareLife may charge cancellation and shipping fees not exceeding 10% of the product price or 50 NIS, whichever is higher.
The book must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition: unopened, with no folded or creased pages, and with the cover in new condition.
A book returned in a condition that is not new will not obligate AwareLife to cancel the transaction or issue a refund.

10. Shipping and Taxes

Prices on the Website include VAT in accordance with Israeli law.
For international orders, additional taxes, duties, or charges may apply in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

11. Delivery Terms and Timeframes

Shipping Within Israel

Orders are shipped via standard mail through Israel Post at no additional cost.
Delivery is typically made within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

Orders shipped abroad are sent via airmail.
Delivery times may vary due to postal service conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other local factors.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment does not arrive within 20 business days from dispatch, AwareLife will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

12. Product and Service Liability

AwareLife and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of any product or service purchased through the Website.

Content provided in ebooks, physical books, coaching sessions, or any other materials does not constitute professional advice.

Any reliance on such content is at the sole responsibility of the user.
